What’s Happening Now

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, all imported packages are now being inspected more thoroughly. This affects many international sellers, and as a result, some shipments may take longer than usual to clear customs — especially at major hubs such as Indianapolis or Memphis.

While most packages still arrive on time, a small percentage may experience delays of several extra business days.

Why This Is Happening

The U.S. government recently ended the “de minimis” rule, which previously allowed small packages (under $800) to enter the country without full customs clearance.
Now, every parcel must be registered and inspected.

This change was introduced to strengthen import controls and transparency, but it has temporarily caused backlogs at customs warehouses and slower processing times.

What It Means for You

• Shipping time: Most orders arrive within 2-4 business days, but some may take longer depending on customs clearance time.
• Tracking updates: Tracking may pause for a few days — this is normal during inspection.
• Shipping methods: We currently ship to the U.S. via FedEx. Larger orders may be split into smaller packages to help them clear faster.

What We’re Doing to Help

If a package is significantly delayed (over a month), lost, or held at customs, we’ll take care of it —
either by reshipping or issuing a refund according to our policy.

We also stay in close contact with FedEx to track changes in customs processing and keep you informed.

• Use your full legal name, complete address, and an active phone number of the recipient.
• Check your email regularly in case customs requests additional information.
• Avoid using business or clinic names in personal shipments to prevent extra clearance steps.
