Based on our extensive experience, packages typically make their way to the United States within 2-4 business days, the same could be said about the rest of the world. While quicker arrivals are possible on rare occasions, the same holds true for the occasional delays.

Once your order is all set and ready to be shipped, a confirmation email will make its way to you, complete with the tracking number. We recommend giving both your inbox and spam folders a quick look to spot this email with the tracking details.
Furthermore, you can find the tracking number within your account.
Simply log in, head to “My Account,” then hit “Orders.” Locate your order, click “View,” and as you scroll down, you’ll find all the tracking info right there – tracking number, shipping company, shipping date, and a nifty “Track” button.

We’d like to share an important note regarding your upcoming order of botulinum toxins. It’s crucial to keep in mind that even though we take extra care with packaging, there’s a chance the products could arrive in warmer conditions. We believe in transparency, so we want to let you know that based on our extensive experience and thorough testing, there’s a possibility that the product’s effectiveness could be slightly affected, up to 10%.

We kindly ask that you proceed with your purchase while keeping this in mind. However, please be assured that our team remains committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

If you expect that your package might get held up in customs, we kindly suggest you get in touch with the logistics carrier for further assistance. Please keep in mind that it might take up to 10 business days to get an update. Unfortunately, during this time frame, we won’t be able to take immediate action.

In case your package gets stuck in local customs and isn’t released, there are two scenarios to consider. The first possibility is that the recipient might need to pay a tax fee for the package’s release. If this occurs, we kindly request that the recipient fulfills this requirement to facilitate the release.

Alternatively, if customs decides not to release the package, rest assured that we’ll step in to ensure your satisfaction. In this scenario, our clients have two options: you can either receive a refund with only the shipping fee deducted, or you can opt for us to reship the order at our expense. If you choose reshipment, we’ll process it at no extra cost and provide you with a new tracking number for your convenience. If the newly shipped package faces customs issues again, we’ll handle it on a case-by-case basis through negotiations.

Please note that if the logistics carrier doesn’t release the parcel due to the recipient not paying the tax fee, there won’t be any form of compensation offered. We sincerely appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

For orders less than 500$ – shipping fee is 29$.
For orders more than 500$ – shipping fee is 15$.
For wholesale orders – shipping fee is calculated individually.

Sometimes due to payment system errors, double payment could happen. In this situation, please, contact us, and we will refund your money after double-checking the payment records.

If you made an order, and you realized that you would like to cancel it by any reason, please, follow these steps:

  • go to “My account”
  • click “Orders”
  • in front of your order press “Cancellation & Refund” button
  • in pop-up window click “Ok”

Your money will be returned to your account instantly or within several business days, depending on your bank.
